WHITE MASH WITH CARAMELIZED LEEKS (Winter Longevity Guide)

Ingredients:

1 large daikon, peeled and chopped 3 leeks, sliced
1 tbsp maple syrup
Sea salt and white pepper 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Boil daikon until soft and puree into a mash. Sauté leeks with maple syrup, salt, and white pepper until tender. Serve leeks over mash and drizzle with sesame oil.
